Returns & Refunds

30 days to send any piece back, no reason needed. Defects are replaced without a return.

30 day returns

Return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The medallion must come back in the condition it arrived, with its pouch, case or box and its certificate. You do not have to give a reason.

Numbered editions

Every piece is numbered, so a returned medallion goes back into the edition under its own number. That is why we ask for the certificate: it belongs to that number, not to you or to us.

Defects

A weak strike, a plating flaw, a scratch on the mirror field, a rete that does not turn, a damaged box: email a photo and we send a replacement right away. You do not need to send the faulty piece back unless we ask, and if we ask we pay the postage.

How to start a return

Email coton640@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with a return number and the return address. Returns are never sent to our registered office in Sheridan, WY 82801; wait for the address in our reply.

Return postage

If the return is for a defect or a mistake on our side, we send you a prepaid label. Otherwise the postage back is yours to cover. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund lands.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return reaching us, in US dollars to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it, and if you paid in another currency the amount may differ slightly with the exchange rate on the day.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges as such. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. If the one you want is close to selling out, tell us in your email and we will hold one for you while the return is on its way.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it ships by replying to your confirmation email. Once it is with the carrier, the return policy above applies.
