Find your tracking

The tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email, sent when the carrier scans the label. If you cannot find that email, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout in the form above.

If tracking has not moved

Carriers sometimes hold a parcel for 24 to 48 hours without a scan, and international parcels can go quiet between the export gateway and your country. If a parcel has not moved in 7 business days in the United States, or 15 abroad, email us and we open a trace.

If the parcel says delivered but you have nothing

Check with neighbours, your mail room and the safe place the carrier may have used. If it has not turned up within 2 business days, email us. We take it up with the carrier and you are not left carrying the loss.
